Pension questions are personal and often complex. ASGA wanted to give members and participating companies an intuitive way to access relevant information, whenever they need it.
Our contribution
Operal worked with ASGA to develop AsgaAssist: a source-grounded AI chatbot that helps people navigate pension information and find the relevant documents. The experience combines understandable language with access to the underlying knowledge.
The outcome
ASGA received the 2025 Innovation Award for AsgaAssist in the Swiss pension fund comparison run by SonntagsZeitung, Finanz und Wirtschaft, and Bilan. Its public announcement confirms that the assistant is available around the clock.
