Visiting this website
This website is delivered using Vercel. Technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and time of access, may be processed to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose faults. This corporate website is separate from the hosting arrangements of client solutions and the Swiss AI offering.
Protected project rooms
For selected projects, Operal provides invited people with protected project rooms on operal.biz. Only individually approved email addresses can register. For this we store your email address, the times of sign-ins and sessions, and your password and recovery code, the latter two only as irreversible hashes. A technically necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and serves no other purpose. The database is hosted by Supabase in Zurich, the pages run on Vercel with functions in Frankfurt, and verification codes are sent through Resend from data centres in Ireland. These providers are based in the United States. Expired codes and sessions are deleted regularly. You can ask us to delete your access at any time.
When you contact us
Email links open your email application. No message is submitted through this website. If you email Operal, we process the contact details and information you provide to respond to your enquiry and manage the related business correspondence. Please share only the information needed for your initial enquiry.
Cookies and external services
We do not use advertising cookies or marketing analytics on this site. Fonts, photography, and client logos are served with the site. Links to other Operal sites, partner sites, LinkedIn, and source articles take you to services with their own privacy practices.
